PRODUCTS
Across all of our loaves we use 100% Wildfarmed flour.
Grown in the UK and France Wildfarmed, uses farming practices that put soil health first, never use pesticides, fungicides and herbicides and increase in-field biodiversity. It’s this careful selection of our flour, combined with the natural, slow fermentation, and the skills of our bakers that gives our range of breads their great flavour.
From our bakery, our pastry selection changes regularly, with ingredients and flavours, moving in line with the seasons as much as possible.
Our kitchen offers breakfast and lunch daily, with an extended weekend menu. The menu focusses on championing the work of our bakers alongside the best produce from our suppliers.
